Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date for eligible items. To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Additional item-specific requirements apply:
Panties and panty packs must be unopened, and bodysuits must have the hygienic liner fully intact. All components included in the original purchase must be returned together in order for the return to be accepted.
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a return.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Refunds
A $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and quality checks. Restocking fees are applied per order and are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, size, or color, please place a new order once your return has been processed.
Late or Ineligible Returns
Returns sent outside the return window or that do not meet eligibility requirements may be declined and returned to the customer.
